It’s that time of the year again. But frankly, it’s not like anyone’s doing any rnb lists.

So here goes, The Decade so far, summed up:

07  Tawana | Intensity

A raw, wavvy masterwork. (And the antithesis to this)

06  Jessie Ware | Running

Best voice since Kathy Diamond, Julio Bashmore on deck: What more can you say?

05  Lloyd | Set Me Free (Ft Mystikal)

Mystikal internal-barking through a beast-verse.

04  Jeremih | Waiter

Mick Shultz deep-swirlin’ his way in to the heavens.

03  Ciara | Ride

This beat is an institution of its own. Even a semi-DHL’d in Ludacris cameo can’t ruin it.

02 The-Dream | Fancy

The second consecutive entry of the Tricki Stewart-Terrius Nash Dream-team. R&B built from ground up, drenched up to a cascading climax.

01 Miguel | Adorn

You’d think this is a flash in the pan, but there is clear evidence against it.
